WATCH: Video shows the moment an explosion occurred Thursday morning in a Hayward neighborhood. The explosion and fire happened just after 9:30 a.m. near the 800 block of Lewelling Boulevard.

A catastrophic #explosion rocked a neighborhood in #Hayward, #California, destroying at least two homes.
