Ingredients: 3 pounds of pork spare ribs 1 onion 1 ounce of ginger 2 Roma tomatoes 1 packet of Knorr tamarind powder 1/2 tbsp salt (add more if needed when tasting the soup when finished) 2 tbsps fish sauce (add more if needed when tasting the soup when it’s finished) 1 ounce rock sugar (add more if needed when tasting the soup when finished) 2 cups of green beans 2
